THE DREAM

The Dream is an 8-week program that consists of weekly one-hour coaching calls with Kimberly. We designed this program to help you navigate the challenges, questions, blocks, or opportunities of bringing your vision to a profitable business.

    We will create a comprehensive business plan which involves market research, defining target audiences, and high-level financial projections.

    During your private, 1-on-1 strategy sessions, we will address several topics that will allow you to create cash flow, get clear about your message and know the plan of action to reach your goal. Kimberly will share strategies, recommendations, and action steps to help you get unstuck and achieve your goals.

THE Structure

Are you ready to scale your business and reach the next level? The Structure is an 8-week program designed for those with a company in place but needs Structure or business strategies to generate consistent income, bookings, and visibility.

  • Operations and Process Improvement

    Strategies that will optimize your business operations, process, and workflows and improve efficiency/productivity

    Within this program, we will assess your current operations and create a clear plan for you to reach the next level. Once , you will receive our proprietary “The Plan at a Glance” audit results and project plan. These sessions will help to identify your challenges and outline your goals. Kimberly will review this during the first session.

What You’ll Get:

  • Coaching and weekly homework assignments to solidify and reach goals. Unlimited support in between sessions.

  • All sessions can take place within the comfort of your home. A computer or a phone will be needed. After each session, you will receive a recorded audio or video copy of your session. The recording is yours to reference and replay for a lifetime.
